Great shop and a wonderful staff. Michael service writer is the best and Joe is a top mechanic . Both are the best. We have purchased 5 Kia cars and this dealership is tops in my book. Our salesman Z has always been very helpful and KK always works out the deal. Even Vinny the GM is always helpful. 5 stars for Crown.

I used to think Crown Kia was a great place because I had purchased three cars from them over the past 15 years and my third car that I acquired from them being a lease trying to turn the car in. I was met with such rudeness from I dont know the exact names but I believe its Kk and Danny or Daniel Refusing to negotiate and basically two managers who basically told me not our problem talk to Kia finance about it. I think I would call these people clown Kia at this point because after 15 years of nothing but awesome interactions to get the amount of rudeness is just unacceptable.

Im so happy I was able to get out of my Kia Sorento lease and move into a Telluridesomething Ive always wanted. Z was my sales guy and absolutely my go-to, and KK, Justin, and Vinny took care of me every step of the way through the end, showing complete satisfaction, professionalism, and genuine care for my needs. There were a few other team members as well who gave me great advice, especially on doing a slightly longer-term lease on the second vehicle, which ended up lowering my payments even more. Thank you all for being right here in my neighborhood. By the waythis is my sixth Kia that Ive purchased from them, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. We had a wonderful experience at Crown Kia thanks to our salesman! He was extremely knowledgeable and very straightforward, which we greatly appreciated. He worked hard to get the numbers where we needed them, and even though we asked for the best deal possible, he was patient, polite, and kind throughout the entire process. There was no runaroundjust honest communication and effort to make it work for us. He treated our whole family with respect, and we truly felt taken care of. We came in to look at one Traverse and left driving that very Traverse home! I would highly recommend Crown Kia to anyone who wants a straight deal, a friendly experience, and a salesman who genuinely goes the extra mile.

Crown Kia had nothing but great vibes and good people through the whole experience. Starting with Ashlee our saleswoman. She made us feel so welcomed and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable on the products. She was on our side ensuring she could do everything in her power to get us the best deal possible.
