.We first visited Crown Kia in 2018 when we were looking to lease a vehicle. We had never leased a vehicle before and were unfamiliar with the process. We met salesman Jeff Perego in the Kia lot, from that point on it was like we had a family member helping us. He answered any questions we had in a professional and caring way. Potential problems were resolved before we knew they existed. We were so impressed with the way we were treated we returned in 2020 and purchased another Sorento. It should be no surprise who was there to help us, Jeff Perego and our new family members at Crown Kia. He introduced us to managers (Vinny/Khamphong), finance (Naveed), service (Kyle/Michael/John/Ben) and parts personnel (John) as though we were family and that is the way we were treated.
