I've had my car serviced at crown many a time . And the service has been well , so so but after dealing with Kyle Maxwell I must say the customer experience he gave me was excellent. He was very attentive to my needs and concerns and hopefully in the future he will continue to be the person I deal with .

Kyle was very personable and worked hard to get my car repairs approved by my warranty company. I don't know the mechanics name who performed the repairs but, hats off to you! My car runs like new again!

Love coming to Crown Kia St Pete. The Service advisors are always superb. My most recent advisor very polite gentleman Kyle Maxwell took great care of me and my vehicle. I brought my car in for a mechanical issue Kyle offered me a refreshment and snack and walked me through the whole process while I was there. Kyle found that my vehicle had two recalls and offered for them to fix them during time of service and offered me a courtesy ride home so I didn't have to miss out on work which was super helpful and my vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. Thank you Kyle and Crown Kia St Pete !!!

This was my first time at this location and service started the moment I pulled in. I was not expecting this level of service. It can be rare at times. The service department team and sales team were helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have an appointment but Shauna and Kyle in service didn’t waste any time getting what they needed to assist me. At no time was I left waiting and wondering what to expect.
