Jake and Mike are awesome. Happy with the work. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, hot cocoa, and snacks. 😎👍

Crown 👑 Kia of St. Petersburg was an awesome experience, from start to finish. Having traveled south to the area from MA on vacation, I needed to get some attention for my Stinger, and I certainly am happy I stopped here! From meeting the brilliantly charming Daniel Torres (sales) @ the door, to working with the charasmatic and efficient Micheal Stephenson (service), the experience was fantastic through and through 🙏🥹😇🫡 Thank you gentlemen, for the fast, efficient and courteous service, with some laughs along the way 😜If you're looking for a new Kia team or a great (spectacular!) place to service your car, this is your new spot! See you guys again real soon!

I’ve been a client of Crown Kia’s for years but now never want to return after what they did to my car. Disclaimer- I absolutely love Tomm and Michael and the entire service team. I rate them 5-stars. Kia management I am eating 2-stars. The gist is… After my car stalled out in an intersection with 2500 miles to go before my next oil change, they had me begin an oil consumption test. This was in February 2025. After the first thousand miles, they said “oh, maybe we just didn’t put enough oil in after that one oil change. It’s fine.” Then it happened again. I had to drive another thousand miles and come back. “Well, it’s fine. You didn’t consume oil.” It happened again. Then another thousand miles and they said, “oh you are low. Drive another thousand and if it’s still low, we’ll do a combustion cleaning.” They did the combustion cleaning and, ever since then, my car has been hesitating when I drive it for the first time each day and anytime it sits for a few hours. After the combustion cleaning, they tasked me to drive another thousand miles even though I told them what was happening with my car. That it was really jerking during acceleration. They said, “well, there’s no check engine light on. There’s nothing we can do.” I finished driving the next thousand miles and took it back the night before the appointment so the mechanic could drive it from the parking lot into the shop to see what I was talking about. According to the mechanic, my car is fine. Meanwhile, it’s been over two months since the combustion cleaning and my car is not fine. My mother is married to a mechanic and she rode with me last week and she said your car is definitely not OK. So far - no check engine light but I wonder if one day my catalytic converter will just blow. Hopefully not in the middle of an intersection.

As it is for many, buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. Fortunately, there is Crown Kia. I started my recent car-buying experience with Crown. I stopped in to start gathering information and had the great fortune to meet Nicholas Brussini. He's fantastic. He is kind, personable, knowledgeable, and the furthest thing from a fast-talking, shady car salesman there is. Nick showed me the differences between the Kia Sorrento and Sportage, the pros and cons, and ultimately provided me with the knowledge I needed to make a decision on which vehicle was best for me. I shopped around for the next week, ultimately receiving quotes from six other dealerships. When I called Nick a few days later, I told him where I was in my purchase adventure. He brought Justin Erickson, sales manager, into the mix, and Justin assured me that he would match the best price I received at any other dealership. A few days later, when I returned to Crown Kia to show Nick and Justin the vehicle I was trading in, and ready to close the sale if they could beat the lowest quote I had from other dealerships, they did. At that time, Nick was working with another customer so he handed me off to Ashlee Richardson. Ashlee, like Nick, was fantastic! She clearly cared about my car-buying experience and me as a person. She took me on a test drive, answered the last remaining questions I had, and then saw me through the sale process. Thanks to Nick, Justin, and Ashlee, I am a Crown Kia fan and will be a loyal customer. UPDATE (01.11.25): Ten days after purchasing my Kia Sportage, I had a low tire pressure warning. Yup, I had a screw in one rear tire and a nail in the other rear tire. While I wasn't able to make an appointment, as the service center was booked until late this month, I did pop in, yesterday, around 1pm, and explained my situation to Tomm Burkart and then Jake Butler. Tomm and Jake work together at the service desk. Both were sympathetic to my situation and assured me that they would get my car looked at as soon as possible. Fortunately, both tires were patchable, and I was out the door within 90 or so minutes. The waiting lounge for the service center is connected to the show room and sales area. It's all very clean, has comfortable chairs, clean restrooms, coffee and snacks. Tomm and Jake are my "go to" guys, moving forward! Thanks, guys! UPDATE (03/12/26): Yesterday, I had to have a tire replaced. As always, Jake Butler was the man. He consistently kept me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle, was friendly, and both he and his colleague, Stephen Shafer, cared about me as a customer. When I was there a few weeks ago for an oil change, Jake was out, and Michael provided me with terrific service! Thanks, guys! UPDATE (06.11.26): Yesterday, I had another fantastic experience with Crown Kia service center, Jake, my usual "go to guy" was busy, and Anthony Gomez assisted me. Anthony showed me the same level of service that I receive from Jake. He kept me up to date on the issues with my vehicle (the technician that worked on it found a nail in a tire that I didn't know was there), and had me in and out, with one patched tire and one new tire, in less than two hours. I also had an issue with a door panel. Anthony told me the price of a new one and did not pressure me into purchasing it. Thanks, Anthony, for your excellent service!
