17713 mileage and I had a slow leak on a tire. Drove it in to see about getting it patched or replaced. THE PLACE WAS SWAMPED!!! Nehemiah Sonnylal checked me in and said they would check it out and get it taken care either way and to not worry about not having an appointment. I soon found out I had a monster bolt in the tire and would it would need to be replaced. 20 minutes later it was a done deal. The staff there has yet to make me feel as if I am a problem they have to deal with. They have always been friendly and more than helpful whenever I come in. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received at Crown Kia thus far. Nehemiah Sonnylal as well as the othe folk there are great. Keep up the great work!

I recently moved from the West Coast and needed an oil change & checkup for my KIA. Crown Service got me in the next day and I was able to wait! I’m not used to that at my former dealer. The staff, Nehemiah & Shawna exceeded expectations with a high level of courtesy, communication and professionalism! Recommend!!

Nehemiah had great customer service as soon as I walked into the office! He made sure that I knew everything that would be taken care of with my car and as a new customer I got a nice discount on my services. 10/10 recommended this dealership for services and having Nehemiah as your point of contact throughout the time your car is worked on!
