From the moment we entered the building, our sales rep, Ryan, took his time helping us through the whole process. When we were still contemplating gray colors, Ryan offered to bring all 3 of the colors together so we could compare. That gesture made all the difference in confirm the choice. Ryan was awesome to deal with. We highly recommend him!

UPDATED REVIEW 5/2026: I just traded in my 2023 Kia Soul for a 2026 Sportage and the experience was just as great as the first time around. I walked into the store knowing I wanted to work with Ryan Johnson (the same salesperson as the first time I bought my Soul). He made the trade-in and new lease experience as smooth as it could be. Still highly recommend Ryan (and Crown Kia) for your next vehicle needs. Went into the dealership sort of knowing what car I wanted and Ryan Johnson helped solidify my decision from the second we walked in. He was wonderful from start to finish - from the test drive and going over all the safety features in the car while doing it, to actually breaking down the price, to finally purchasing and giving us the key. The process didn't feel as if he was pressuring me to purchase a car from Kia - he was there to provide me with all the information I would need to make an informed decision. He was (along with everyone else we encountered during the process) very professional, respectful, and you could truly tell he loves what he does. Upon delivery of the car, he sat down with me and went through all the customizable features of the car and showed me all the functions I would need as a driver, and truly made sure I didn't have any questions before handing over the keys. From start to finish, the car buying process was very easy, half the paperwork could be done online through their new system, all you have to do is go in, sign some papers, and get your keys. Wonderful experience - would recommend Crown Kia, especially Ryan to anyone who is considering purchasing a new car!

Was thankful for his patience, his knowledge base, and his approachable character :) He was not deterred that I had no experience in buying a vehicle at a dealership and explained as much as I needed him to explain. It was a smooth transaction and not the anxiety-producing one I expected. I am a delighted owner of a KIA, thanks to him. Dexter Benjamin was a great help as well as Used Vehicles Supervisor. He was the first to greet me and introduced me to Ryan. Kat Burke of Crown Nissan started my search off with kind assurances and direction and pointed me to the Crown KIA dealership, according to my stated needs. I highly recommend Crown Kia. Ryan Johnson provided excellent no pressure customer service. He showed me a 2019 Kia Soul which I saw on the website, and also showed me a 2022 Soul. He gave me plenty of time to test drive both cars, provided knowledgeable answers to my questions, and walked me thorough the financing process. I was unable to follow through and purchase today, but will be back when I am. Thank you again for a pleasurable car shopping experience.
