Great shop and a wonderful staff. Michael service writer is the best and Joe is a top mechanic . Both are the best. We have purchased 5 Kia cars and this dealership is tops in my book. Our salesman Z has always been very helpful and KK always works out the deal. Even Vinny the GM is always helpful. 5 stars for Crown.

I cant say enough about my Great experience buying my new Kia EV9 from Crown Kia. My salesperson Ryan Johnson was fantastic! He spent hours working with me on my purchase over the course of 2 days. Never any pressure to close the deal. Ryan answered all my questions and gave straight up answers. His expertise was invaluable to me. I would also like to mention GM Vincent Cafiero, Sales Mngr. Justin Erickson, and Finance Mngr. John Peeples. The entire team made it an enjoyable experience. Ive purchased a lot of new vehicles over the years and by far was the Best treatment I have ever received. Thanks again to all of you. Just an update on my review its almost 2 years later. Still love my Kia EV 9 and I still feel the same way about Crown Kia Way to go guys keep up the good work. The service department is awesome. Joe runs a really good service department and Nehemiah. My service advisor is the best. And I cant leave out the technicians that do the work always return my vehicle to me just as clean as when I dropped it off or Cleaner.

Z was my sales guy and absolutely my go-to, and KK, Justin, and Vinny took care of me every step of the way through the end, showing complete satisfaction, professionalism, and genuine care for my needs. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Crown Kia! Our friends told us to connect with Vinny Cafiero, the manager at Crown Kia. They had recently made a purchase and Vinny pointed them in the right direction. We got connected with Ashlee Richardson and she was absolutely AMAZING! The entire experience was great from start to finish. We were looking for a new Kia Telluride. She gave me her cell phone # and we immediately started texting about what we were looking for. She quickly looked through the current inventory at the dealership and nothing was quite right. The next day I get a text from her stating a new shipment of Telluride's just came in and I think I found the exact one you're looking for. Sure enough, it was exactly what we wanted. She had to confirm that it passed inspection and that no one else had already claimed it. We quickly made an appointment to come in to secure the vehicle. She helped us determine if we'd trade in our car or not. She wasn't pushy at all and had a wealth of knowledge. She listened to what we wanted and delivered 110%! If you're in the market for a new car, Ashlee Richardson is your person. I will be referring her to anyone I know looking to make a Kia purchase in the future. *Updated 10/27/25* Tomm Burkart has become my go-to service rep. I can reach out directly to Tomm via his office cell to text or ask questions. Hes always responsive and super helpful. I am so grateful to have such an awesome service rep. Ive had a couple of minor items pop up since owning my car and hes always been so great at coming up with quick and efficient solutions. I had to get a new tire due to a nail in mine. Tomm had a new tire ordered and ready to go so I could do my oil change and tire replacement at the same time. He is great! I cannot recommend him enough.

Jeff Perego in sales, managers Justin & Vinny (Mr hospitality ) and associates Alex and John all treated us fairly. I really like my new Sportage hybrid SUV and hope my relationship with Crown Kia St Pete lasts a good, long time! We lost both our cars to hurricane Helene (a 2014 Kia Sorrento, and a 2009 Toyota Camry), and absolutely everyone in this dealership, Crown Kia, was a delight to work with during a very stressful time. Brad Ford was wonderful. He was so gentle and gracious and kind and answered the same question 1000 times for me. He quickly suggested a vehicle that would accommodate me and my walker in comfort. Brad Ford also helped my husband choose a vehicle that would meet his needs. Again, he answered the same questions 1000 times for us. Brad also ran us through all the features of our new vehicles, helped set up the connections between drivers and new vehicles, and overall was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. He is an outstanding employee. Anthony Montesano was incredibly helpful in getting our financing completed and done so that we literally could drive out of the dealership the following day with new vehicles (2024 Telluride exceptional version, lol, and a 2025 K5). And we love them. From the second we parked at the dealership people were coming to open doors for us, asked how we were doing after the storm, immediately handed us bottles of cold water, asked how they can help us, it was such a wonderful experience. We have recommended Crown Kia to others here who lost their vehicles and hope they make their way to you. They would be coming from the same address as us, but different unit numbers. I truly hope they come to you. We had purchased our 2014 Sorrento from a different Kia dealer, and honestly, it was a very unpleasant experience. We live in Naples but will be bringing both our cars to Crown Kia for servicing.

I had to edit this review because I just bought my fourth Kia from them yesterday and again just overwhelmed and super pleased thank you guys so much !!! Unbelievable service...great staff... very impressed!! The deal went so smooth , well worth the time and I'm just blessed... Wanted to Send a thanks to the sales team Vince, KK Justin and Z thanks so much guys!!! Im revising this review a little bit because Im on my third Kia now and I love it about to buy my fourth next year. Im so happy with not just the sales team but the service department as well hats off to , Michael , Cliff, and of course to the rest of the management staff there I couldnt be more blessed.
