I had such a great experience at Nissan Crown and felt like I had to share. I originally came in for a recall on my car and an oil change, and Anthony Lackey in the service department helped me through everything. He was incredibly genuine, straightforward, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I came back the very next day to have tires installed that they had ordered for me, and again Anthony went above and beyond.When originally ordering the tires he really took the time to help me find the most affordable options that were still reliable, which I truly appreciated. A lot of times at dealerships I feel like I’m being pressure to buy or not given honest guidance but with Anthony, I felt like he had my best interest at heart the entire time. Also, when I was checking out, the receptionist Lourdes was just lovely and added to the overall positive experience. I definitely recommend Nissan Crown and especially working with Anthony if you can!
