Christine Smith is so amazing to work with. She treats us like we are her only customers when we come in and gives beyond 100% making sure our vehicles and we are well taken care of. She not only is very friendly and personable but she is also very trusting and genuine. Christine Smith and Shawn Meehan are definitely why we continue to keep coming back to have our 3 Nissan vehicles serviced at Crown Nissan. They are both true assets of the service department and we appreciate their great customer service. I had my pathfinder detailed with this service appointment. We were very impressed how clean my vehicle looked inside and out. After traveling out of state several times with our dogs over the last several months, the detail team did such an amazing job getting all the white dog hair out of the black interior. They made my Rock Creek Pathfinder look brand new again!!!!!!!!!

I’m so happy with my Pathfinder! If you’re looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, ask for Cathy Voogd, she is AMAZING!
