She not only is very friendly and personable but she is also very trusting and genuine. Christine Smith and Shawn Meehan are definitely why we continue to keep coming back to have our 3 Nissan vehicles serviced at Crown Nissan. They are both true assets of the service department and we appreciate their great customer service. I had my pathfinder detailed with this service appointment. We were very impressed how clean my vehicle looked inside and out. After traveling out of state several times with our dogs over the last several months, the detail team did such an amazing job getting all the white dog hair out of the black interior. They made my Rock Creek Pathfinder look brand new again!!!!!!!!!!

I have been using Customer Service at Crown Nissan for the past 16 years. I have always received excellent, personal service. Christine Smith has been my service rep for the past several years and does a terrific job. She is always efficient and knowledgeable. I recently had an issue that was urgent on a day that the service department was incredibly busy. Christine made sure I got the service I needed, in a timely manner, while remaining calm and handling all the other demands on her time. I hope Crown recognizes the treasure they have.
