Cars.comBrought my 2024 Kicks in for a routine oil change recently. Dan Pepper is my Service Adviser and everything from check-in to check-out was easy and smooth. Dan is always smiling, explains everything clearly so I know what’s going on at all times. He’s definitely an asset to the dealership!

CarfaxI linked up with Dan Pepper who has helped me in the past. He took my chief complaint and had me situated to wait for my car in 8 minutes. He offered me a ride home but I chose to wait at the dealership. Everything got addressed that was unscheduled maintenance and routine maintenance was handled in kind. My car was returned with everything fixed to my satisfaction along with a complementary car wash. Sweet!
