Daniel Pepper in Service was awesome and helped get my safely back on the road. He was great at explaining everything I needed and what was done and did not over sell me on what I didn't. I got regular updates of the service sent through text which was a plus. I was also provided a loaner vehicle to use while the car was in the shop. I had the best experience thank you so much

I linked up with Dan Pepper who has helped me in the past. He took my chief complaint and had me situated to wait for my car in 8 minutes. He offered me a ride home but I chose to wait at the dealership. Everything got addressed that was unscheduled maintenance and routine maintenance was handled in kind. My car was returned with everything fixed to my satisfaction along with a complementary car wash. Sweet!
