I stopped by Crown to look at a used vehicle I saw on cars.com. and ended up purchasing it. Jacob Horn was very sincere and easy to talk with. He was knowledgeable about the auto and quick to offer a test drive with no obligation or pressure. 2 days after Purchasing the vehicle I had developed some questions and concerns. When I returned to the dealer Jacob was understanding and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Crown Nissan took the vehicle in for further servicing at no cost to me. I would recommend Crown for any purchase, new or used.

Stopped by to look at a used vehicle (Truck) and ended up purchasing it. Jacob H. was very sincere and easy to talk with. I'm always braced for a shakedown once you move to the final stage (finance. mgr.) but Devonte H. was very personable and there was no pressure. So, purchasing a used high mileage vehicle I had developed some worries and concerns regarding it's history and condition. When I returned to the dealer 2 days later Jason J. was extremely understanding and worked hard to address all my concerns and even took the truck in for further servicing at no cost to me. I would recommend crown for any purchase, new or used.

This is my second vehicle through crown it was my first through Crown Nissan and it was the easiest experience I've ever had buying a vehicle zero stress and the team there is really on point and on there game from the salesman (Adam Swiecicki) to the Finance Manager (Devonte Harvey) the care that they put into there profession and customers is nothing short of amazing.

My wife and I just purchased a Nissan Pathfinder from Crown Nissan, and I have to say, we're absolutely blown away by the entire experience. Prior to our visit I spoke with Bryan on the phone and explained what type of vehicle we were looking for including trim, colors, and options. The next day, we walked into the Crown Nissan dealership, and met Bryan who greeted us with a warm smile. He showed us a few cars on the lot that matched what he thought we’d be interested in. Bryan also already secured a vehicle from another location that he thought we would be interested in. Long story short, a few hours later my wife and I were driving home in our beautiful new Nissan Pathfinder and couldn’t be happier.
