I cannot say enough positive things about Cathy Voogd and Jason Jiovani. They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I had tried to deal with other dealerships and they just were horrible. We drove 2.5 hours to to business with Crown Nissan . Cathy and Jason responded rapidly and clearly every time I asked a question. This was only the second time in my life I didn't want to pull my hair out with a car purchase. There are good dealers out there, and Crown Nissan , Cathy and Jason are the best. I am very happy with my 2026 Pathfinder.

Stopped by to look at a used vehicle (Truck) and ended up purchasing it. Jacob H. was very sincere and easy to talk with. I'm always braced for a shakedown once you move to the final stage (finance. mgr.) but Devonte H. was very personable and there was no pressure. So, purchasing a used high mileage vehicle I had developed some worries and concerns regarding it's history and condition. When I returned to the dealer 2 days later Jason J. was extremely understanding and worked hard to address all my concerns and even took the truck in for further servicing at no cost to me. I would recommend crown for any purchase, new or used.

Bought a 2024 pathfinder with only 10,000 miles. John and Justin and Jason went to all length to get us everything we needed for our family. We had to bring our daughter with and they made sure she felt comfortable. when we had to talk and test drive. We also traded in a vehicle and they were able to work with us with -Equity and still get us something we could afford. Thank you Nissan staff.

Jacob Horn is a great salesperson! Just bought a brand new 2026 Nissan Rouge and had a really great experience working with Crown Nissan. Their showroom was modern well organized and kept. They have a great inventory of cars to choose from and our sales person Jacob Horn was great. A perfect combination of knowledgeable, friendly, polite and accommodating. Not high pressure but very effective in helping us make the decision to buy the car. He was very patient with us as we went through the lot looking at what was available and then arranged for us to test drive both the SV and Dark Armor trims. We ended up choosing the Dark Armor trim after Jacob walked us through the different features and what we gained by moving up trim levels. Again, no pressure just polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately convincing. The price negotiation process was one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. No high pressure just a reasonable back and forth. The dealership manager Jason Jiovani was also very professional and did an excellent job explaining the components of the sales price and fees and very willing to work with us to make the sale. What a great experience! We look forward to enjoying our new car.
