I can’t say enough good things about John at Crown Nissan. I’ve purchased two vehicles from him within the last month, and both experiences were excellent. After having a negative experience at another local dealership, working with John was a breath of fresh air. I came in with some pretty specific parameters and probably wasn’t the easiest customer to work with, but he was incredibly patient and worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel pressured. John was polite, communicative, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made buying both vehicles as easy as possible. There’s a reason I went back to him for the second vehicle so quickly. When it’s time to buy another one, John will be the first person I call. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience at Crown Nissan.

John Hartley, Adam, Ryan, and the rest of the team made buying my new car a breeze. From getting my trade in assessed (at a higher than expected value btw) to keeping me watered and entertained while waiting for the numbers to be ran (thank you Ryan and Adam, y'all were a hoot). I couldn't recommend Crown Nissan enough.
