I called my Service Represenative named John Riddlebarger to see if i could get him to check my rear brakes. He told me to come in first thing Monday Morning and I did. He takes control and I just sit back and waited two hours. I thought the price of changing my Brake Fluid was too high. In my opinion you could charge half that amount. Service was Great as usual. John is an outstanding person who represents Crown Nissan.

Bought a Nissan frontier from a different dealership in Bradenton, but have been servicing the vehicle here at Crown. RJ John and the technician Dan have been outstanding in resolving a small vibration issue. Highly recommend this dealership. They are very friendly and professional and helpful.

I scheduled my oil change and tire rotation for a Friday at 8:45am with John Riddlebarger at Crown. He greeted me as I pulled up, went over all I wanted to get done. He accepted my coupon and said he'll have me done within an hour. It was completed and I was on my way home. Great service and guy!
