⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience at Crown Nissan St. Petersburg Service on August 21st. Joe, my service advisor, was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. My broken tail light on my 2024 Chevy Trax ACTIV was replaced in less than an hour, and they also fixed the strange clicking sound from my left indicator. Fast, professional, and excellent customer service. Thank you, the Crown Nissan team! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Crown did a great job with the warranty paint repair on my 2024 Nissan Frontier. In particular, Joseph, the service manager, got me a loaner vehicle, treated me extremely well, and kept me informed during the assessment and repair process.

The service advisor Joe is the best there. He always greets with the smile, keeps you updated and it there are issues found, works on the warranty and lines up a rental (sometimes brand new) to take it home. My car has close to 140K miles and runs like new, thanks to the service associates here. They don't try to upsell you on services. Just transperant and honest service team.
