Bought a 2024 pathfinder with only 10,000 miles. John and Justin and Jason went to all length to get us everything we needed for our family. We had to bring our daughter with and they made sure she felt comfortable. when we had to talk and test drive. We also traded in a vehicle and they were able to work with us with -Equity and still get us something we could afford. Thank you Nissan staff.

Efficient service. The staff were really friendly caring and prepared for us, after we explained in a text what we want. They matched the trade in quote we got in another place and I paid over $1000 less than I was quoted by another Nissan dealership I never thought I will be so positive and complementing of a car purchase experience. I had a fantastic experience with Crown Nissan purchasing a used vehicle and highly recommend this location! I worked with Cathy Voogd in sales, and from her very first contact I was impressed with her! Throughout the whole process (which took less time than I expected walking in) she was helpful, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful. The business manager Justin Calhoun was also great. I made an off-hand comment about something I wasn’t happy with. At that point in the process it wasn’t a dealbreaker and I wasn’t planning on walking away. However he still immediately addressed it and I was even happier than I expected to be. I highly recommend seeing them if you are purchasing a vehicle.

Cathy Voogd was wonderful to work with. This is my 3rd car purchase from crown Nissan and she took the time to show me multiple cars for test drive to make sure I left with the exact vehicle I wanted. When the purchase was complete Cathy also took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the new model and helped me set up my personal preferences before I ever left the lot. Kyle was also great to work with and made sure l understood all my financing options and was comfortable with my terms and payments. Finally Justin weekend up all my paperwork and made sure my brand new vehicle was protected before leaving the lot. I appreciate the time and effort from everybody I interacted with yesterday, there's definitely a reason I keep coming back.

Do yourself a favor and make the trip to Crown Nissan. One of the best dealership experiences Ive ever had no question. Went to look at a 2026 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X and already saw they had the lowest price in the area. Cathy our sales consultant was just absolutely stellar! Super attentive and really went the extra mile. She was straight to the point and created an environment with no pressure or games. Kyle the sales manager was also amazing. He worked a deal that worked for us ensuring a smooth process. Justin the finance manager took great time and care in structuring and explaining to us the different options they offer for warranty/coverage and was a pleasure to work with as well. For a refreshing experience it doesnt get much better than this at a dealership. Highly recommend!!!

Great dealership to buy and service your car. John RiddleBarger in Service and Justin Calhoun in Finance as well as all the technicians are the best in the business. Purchased an extended warranty for my Maxima and got my oil changed Friday. Seamless experience and everyone was super friendly.

I just wanted to say that Cathy has been my sales consultant for the past three years. She has been every transactions, smooth and virtually painless. I am not one to go to a dealership and try to hassle over pricing! I like to do my research from home and once I have made my choice, I go for it. Cathy truly listens. I emailed her what I saw, what I wanted and the monthly I can afford. She made sure that she answered all my questions and once we finalized on a price, I made the appointment just to sign the papers. It's so refreshing to get there and have the car pulled up from with the keys waiting for us. In and out within 90 minutes (and that was only because they had to detail the car! I alr4eady have a couple of my neighbors asking where we got our cars ( we got a 2025 Nissan Sentra SR and 2026 Frontier PRO-4X. Cathy Voogd is the best in the business. ...PS we drove almost 2 hrs to this dealership because of their honesty, integrity and best service. Nancy and Orlando Rosario!!!
