I just had my Nissan Sentra in for its first oil change and to try to correct a small rattle by the driver's door. My experience this morning was nothing short of impressive. Service Advisor Lesley Shepard is phenomenal, as well as Technician Jason Rogers. And Jason did figure out where the noise was coming from and took care of it. It's no surprise to me why this dealership consistently gets such high ratings. I'll be in the market for another new vehicle in the next few months and definitely want to purchase only from Crown. I always have a great experience getting my car serviced at Nissan, and Leslie Sheppard is a big reason why! She is always so kind, helpful, and professional. Leslie consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that I’m comfortable with the service. I recently started returning to Crown Nissan after purchasing my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. My experience with Crown Nissan actually began back in 2021 when I owned my 2019 Maxima, and throughout both vehicles, Lesley Shepard has consistently been my Service Advisor. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Lesley’s service, commitment, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service. She has always presented herself as someone who genuinely cares about her customers, takes the time to listen, and makes sure each visit is handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Her kindness, patience, and willingness to help have made every service experience a positive one. It is clear that Lesley takes pride in what she does, and that level of care truly makes a difference. Lesley Shepard is always cheerful, professional and informative with regard to status of service and any additional issues which need to be addressed. Really like the tech video provided when it comes to additional/optional services needed or which need future service attention.

I've purchased two cars from Crown Nissan and have been taking my cars to Crown Nissan for service for years. Crown Nissan Service is the best!! I always work Service Advisor Lesley Shepard. Lesley really knows cars and is the tops in customer service. Strongly recommend you always buy your cars from Crown Nissan and always ask for Lesley Shepard to be you Service Advisor.
