My salesperson, Mariana M., was endlessly patient with my requests and desires, while helping to find a car that would realistically work within my budget. I am VERY picky with high standards, so not easy to please, but she was so wonderful! She even personally detailed my car before I drove it home. The entire staff at Crown Nissan seem kind and honest. The insurance agent there even helped me get a lower rate for my new ride than my current insurance company could offer. I'm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Mariana to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

I had an exceptional experience working with Mariana at Crown Nissan. She provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She was personable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the process and my options. What I appreciated most was that I truly felt she had my best interests in mind. She spent several hours patiently helping me through the process of trading in my car and worked hard to help me find the best deal possible. Mariana was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire experience. I never felt pressured, and I felt like I was working with someone who genuinely wanted to help me make the best choice. I highly recommend Mariana to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you, Mariana, for all your help!
