My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting your staff about a month ago and we would like to thank John Riddlebarger the Service Advisor , Leysly and Maureen for superb customer service and kindness! I brought my car in to have three different issues looked at and repaired. Everyone had smiles and confidence repairs could be made and they would give us a call when finished. They called me in 5 hours and everything was finished and done !! My husband and I couldn't believe it ! Christine Smith is very professional and helpful. I recently signed up with CarShield and she took the time to look over my contract and advise me on keeping or cancelling my contract. Not many, or any, Service Rep. would take the time to help in this manner. Christine is the best and she is the reason I continue to come use Crown Nissan for service.
