Nedim Resic was my salesperson. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was happy to let me test drive a couple different Muranos including the one that I purchased. He took the time to explain all the features and answered any questions I had. He had the vehicle ready at the time promised. Also, a couple days after I had the vehicle I realized I had left my toll transponder in my trade-in. I called Nedim and he made the effort to locate, retrieve and contact me that he had found it. He is a great salesperson and I am very happy with the experience.
