Have had RJ Fulmer as service written a few times now. Our vehicle is a 2005, 20 years old and out of warranty. Had a few issues we took care of in 3025. Had to wait until this year to do a major one. Was expensive, but RJ helped reduce cost a bit that we could agree on. How awesome. Thanks RJ.

I bought my car from Crown Nissan last year and recently had my oil/filter changed and tires rotated. Robert Fulmer was very helpful in checking me in/out, explaining the recommendations on my car, and just being friendly. I was in and out of there in about 40 minutes, which I think is a record for an oil change! Not knowing much about cars, getting my oil changed is not my favorite thing to do, but Robert made the experience more pleasant :)
