The service time was reasonable. They did a thourough inspection of my vehicle. R J was understanding about what I choose to do. I was surprised the parts were not available and had to be ordered. I was not happy with the rental car. It was new but the stearing wheel shook when I was driving. The car also sputtered while driving it. I missed my Rogue. Overall the experince was O K, but a few things could have been better.

RJ was my service go to person. He does an outstanding job explaining services that are needed. I got the 30 thousand mile maintenance package. The work was completed when promised. RJ is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I usually request him when making appointments at Crown. He is a great asset to the company.

RJ in service is absolutely exceptional!! It’s not often that you meet genuine people at a dealership in Service. RJ was one of those genuinely nice and caring people! His professionalism and empathy completely blew me away! I’m so thrilled with him that I never want to see another Service person again! (No offense to the other great service people at Nissan) I’m an RJ fan and I hope he gets a huge raise because he deserves it! Everyone was amazing and wairing area provided a work table with plug so i got lots of work done. Coffee was alsk amazing which a sales employee helped me gjt the right buttons. RJ took great care of me.

Have had RJ Fulmer as service written a few times now. Our vehicle is a 2005, 20 years old and out of warranty. Had a few issues we took care of in 3025. Had to wait until this year to do a major one. Was expensive, but RJ helped reduce cost a bit that we could agree on. How awesome. Thanks RJ.
