We had a great overall experience at Crown Nissan! Russ, our salesperson, was very attentive, patient, and upfront with us throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, including any fees we would incur, so there were no hidden surprises. Jason, the sales manager, was fantastic, and Devante Harvey in Financial Services was also great to work with. He didn’t try to push us into buying anything we didn’t need, which we really appreciated. Overall, the team made the car-buying experience smooth, honest, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Right from the very first call Russ was straight forward and honest. Excellent salesman, he had the vehicle we were interested in ready for us to see and test drive. We sat down and no crazy “hidden fees” like every other dealer. Probably the easiest and quickest sales process I have ever had. I recommend Crown Nissan and Russ 10 out of 10!!
