I filled out a form online through Nissan looking for a newer car because I have been having so many issues with my current car and was tired of putting money in to repairs. I got a call from Cathy the very next day we had a very honest conversation of where my credit was and my trade in and down payment options. She said we set some realistic goals. I went the next day to Nissan and Cathy was away but set me up to be taken care of by Tim. Tim was amazing. We talked and figured out what I was looking for and options that worked for me. Went to the lot, picked out a car, test drove it and loved it. Tim immediately got to work with the paperwork and getting approval. Within in no time he had an approval in front of me. I was actually shocked. I did not go in that day expecting to actually get a car I thought I was wasting my time. But Cathy, Tim, and the finance team made it happen and I left that day very satisfied in my new beautiful car. Thank you again Nissan for making this happen!

My husband and I have been with Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg, FL, for approximately 30 years. We really favor Nissan vehicles, but its not just our fondness of the quality of Nissan autos that keeps us returning, but the people employed by Crown. Timothy Finn has leased us our last two Rogues. Regarding the one I just leased, Timothy and Kyle L., the sales manager, were so kind and patient to find me the Rogue I wanted, which was not on the lot. They also worked with me on pricing. Timothy and Kyle were not at all pushy and aggressive, which I greatly appreciated. Tim kept in touch with me and let me know when the Rogue I wanted came in. The young woman with Allstate was also so helpful as well as the financial gentleman, Devonte. Customers are treated with friendship and respect.
