Danny Touch greeted us with a smile and knew exactly what we needed done to my Nissan Rogue. He is so friendly and helpful. The entire staff is very friendly and eager to help. Billy Fidler from Parts came out and greeted us also. We always feel like family when we go to Crown Nissan for service! No up-selling, just recommendations and always a clean car upon completion.

I was treated as though I was the most important person in the Service Dept. the morning I brought my Rogue in for service. Billy Fidler had ordered the part overnight for me, and Christine Smith made me feel like a VIP from the moment I arrived. She gave me a vehicle to use and my Rogue was repaired 2 hours ahead of schedule! When I returned for my car, Christine was right there to take care of getting it for me and made the morning a breeze from start to finish. This was my first experience at a service dept. without my husband as he has become disabled. Christine and Billy made me feel like family!
