I was interested in test driving a hybrid Forester and had initially contacted Brandee Toche, since she's out on maternity leave she kindly hooked me up with Kenny Melton for assistance. Kenny arranged the test drive for me which went very well. I wanted a Daybreak Blue Pearl touring model of the hybrid Forester, they did not have one on the lot but Kenny was able to find one at another dealership and arranged to have it transferred to Chattanooga for me. It arrived the next day and I was able to take delivery earlier than originally expected. Kenny made sure that I was able to get all the features and accessories I wanted and I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Kenny and the entire team at Crown Subaru.

Brandee and the team at Crown were wonderful to work with. Matt White and the maintenance department always took great care of my old Outback, so when my family started looking for a second gently used Subaru, we started our search with Crown. They did not disappoint! Brandee worked hard to help us find the right car for us and Crown offered us a great deal! Weeks later, were still thrilled with our new car.

I have bought many cars but this is HANDS DOWN the best salesperson everBrandee went above and beyondThe dread and hassle that makes me hate buying a new car, wasnt there. It was so easy and painless. She is truly the bestI would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Her for all your car purchases. I saw her take as much time and explain things to a couple buying a used car as she did me buying a new one. I am not always the easiest to deal with as I am let me correct myself, I was jaded about buying a car, no more. Crown Subaru is just wonderful!, This is the second Subaru we have purchased from Brandee Toche. This time we bouught an Outback Touring XT and we are very happy with it. Brandee was friendly, professional and explained all the new features of our Outback. Definitely would recommend this dealership, and Brandee in particular!
