Brandee made buying our first Subaru a great experience. She is wonderful! The entire staff work as a team which is refreshing compared to other dealerships. Our trade in was hassle free and financing was open and transparent. We never felt pressured to add all of the warranty and service options, unlike some dealers. Management called a few days later after we had time to digest our purchase to ask how our experience was all around. Very refreshing! I was interested in test driving a hybrid Forester and had initially contacted Brandee Toche, since she's out on maternity leave she kindly hooked me up with Kenny Melton for assistance. Kenny arranged the test drive for me which went very well. I wanted a Daybreak Blue Pearl touring model of the hybrid Forester, they did not have one on the lot but Kenny was able to find one at another dealership and arranged to have it transferred to Chattanooga for me. It arrived the next day and I was able to take delivery earlier than originally expected. Kenny made sure that I was able to get all the features and accessories I wanted and I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Kenny and the entire team at Crown Subaru.
