Mickey Dorsey kept me informed with the timeframe for ordering my new car and was a pleasure to work with. His product knowledge is excellent. Keith Aviles is a great general manager. I ordered some accessories and James Riley is knowledgeable and helpful in deciding just which parts to buy to personalize the new car. I always have a good experience with the service department. I have purchased many Subarus and Crown Subaru makes it a joy to own the product.

Matt White was my service advisor and I had a great experience! I brought my car in for a recall issue and it was taken care of promptly. I used their shuttle service to get too and from work which was greatly appreciated as well. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful.
