What a lovely experience! The staff was wonderful. Kenneth contacted me after I inquired on line. He did not bombard me with emails, texts and calls. Rather, he answered my questions and let all the information sink in. He did follow up daily to see if I needed anything else. By the end of the week we had a date and time set for me to come in. The dealership is very clean and also pet friendly, which was a nice surprise. I was even given a dog toy as a parting gift! Kenneth introduced me to multiple people. Ms. Ford and also Cindy were very helpful in completing the purchase and answering questions. The staff was so kind and even people that we passed in the building that I didn't meet looked very happy. Entire process took less than two hours. Very easy, very wonderful. Absolutely spectacular service from front to back. Brain in service, GM Keith, and Habib in warranty. Each fixed some pretty serious wrongs by another dealership. I highly recommend them from top to bottom.
