Good service with oil change. Lucas weir, professional, courteous. Jacqueline Griffith also helpful with details about the new outbacks. Service took 2 hours though could have been quicker. Overall pleasant experience.

I recently took my Subaru outback to be serviced at Crown Subaru in Chattanooga, Tennessee the overall experience Was excellent. service department Was very efficient on repairs and service on my outback . I must add that Service advisor Matthew White went above and beyond Taking good care of me and communicating all the details about the service on my vehicle.. I highly recommend Crown Subaru and Matthew White . Thank you Matthew .

Crown Subaru is very customer oriented and strives to assure that a customer is comfortable with the buying experience. From the general manager to the sales team to the service team to the parts department, I am always happy doing business with the dealership. Mickey Dorsey kept me informed with the timeframe for ordering my new car and was a pleasure to work with. His product knowledge is excellent. Keith Aviles is a great general manager. I ordered some accessories and James Riley is knowledgeable and helpful in deciding just which parts to buy to personalize the new car. I always have a good experience with the service department. I have purchased many Subarus and Crown Subaru makes it a joy to own the product.
