My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle at Crown Subaru, and Dwayne Pruitt gave us excellent customer service throughout the process! I made a random call one day to ask some general questions when just starting our car search, and we were extremely fortunate that my call was directed to Dwayne. We found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, patient with our many questions, as well as being a genuinely friendly and personable guy. We also received great service from the Finance Dept, and received a follow up call a few days later from Crown to see how we were doing with the car. All around great experience so far!

Dwayne Pruitt met me in the sales lot, passed along his business card after I said, I prefer to look alone & I would definitely be buying a Subaru, if I see what I want. He kindly remarked, Been doing this for a number of years. I get it. Come look for me, if I can answer any questions or youd like to test drive. His non-pushy attitude, knowledge, easy-going and helpful nature made the process move along. The rapport and exacting communication between Dwayne, the finance rep and service departments helped smooth out any small bumps in the road. I am now the proud owner of a 2026 Crosstrek hybrid.

I walked to the showroom to see cars and test drive a used Forrester...Dwayne was the first person I saw and I liked his personality immediately. I then went to VW, Mazda, KIA, Hyundai, Mercedes and Toyota...only to then get some "car and driver" owner scores on all those cars. they were horrible numbers...except Subaru in the 80's!! I came back to Dwayne to size an older Crosstrek and while there, saw a 2023 Impreza 5-door Sport...then drove it with him. He encouraged me to "punch it", get on and off the Highway...and "hit those bumps rough roads...see how smooth and quiet!" YES! I was sold, and Dwayne made "the excitement (and same-time angst-ridden) event of buying a new car a joy. I have purchased 17 cars >> in the USA, France, the UAE and Malaysia...TRUST ME...HE IS THE BEST!

I recently visited Crown Subaru in Chattanooga to get an idea of what I would like to purchase for my daughter. Dwayne Pruitt was the salesman that assisted me. Even after telling him I would not be purchasing a car until next April, he was still willing to spend valuable time with me answering all of my questions. I will definitely be back to visit him when it is time for us to purchase a vehicle
