We met our salesperson, Hannah Gentry, as we entered the sales floor. We were looking for a 2026 Forester but after working with Hannah we decided on a 2026 Outback in the options we wanted. First time leasing a car but determined was best option for us. Overall good experience.

Hannah was knowledgeable and found the right car for me. The finance dept may have upsold me on "extras" that I will never use - I should have done more homework on extended warranties and services. And I wish you had not moved out of downtown. But I love my car and am satisfied with my buying experience.
