After deciding it was time to retire a current vehicle, a friend of mine recommended that I stop by Crown Subaru and ask to talk with Jacqueline. Crown is a well run dealership with many options for new and used vehicles and my experience with them was good. But, my experience with Jacqueline was excellent! She listened, showed me vehicles with options I told her I was looking for and didn’t waste time showing me vehicles she “thought” I would like. She was patient, answered questions, tracked down requested information and went above and beyond in an effort to help me make a good selection. I can say that my friend’s recommendation about Jacqueline was spot on… she was as good as advertised. I recommend Crown Subaru to those looking for a new or used vehicle, but if you go there I highly recommend you ask to speak with Jacqueline!

Jacqueline is the BEST. My husband and I bought a Used Subaru Outback that we wouldn’t have known about or even looked at if it wasn’t for her trying to fit us in the right car that fit our budget and needs. She is so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She was so kind and patient with us when we wanted to test drive different cars and it was pouring down rain and she had to go back and forth to get the keys. Jacqueline (Jackie) was awesome. I have worked in sales myself and have purchased many vehicles. I have never had a better experience and really appreciate her service as well as that of the used car sales manager who was very helpful. I got a fair deal without high pressure sales tactics and the follow up service that I needed when it turned out a repair was needed immediately after the sale was taken care of promptly.
