Kenneth was a great salesman. He was very polite and patient. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and kind. I haven't bought a"new" car in quite sometime however they made the process enjoyable. I didn't feel pressured but I did feel cared for.

I found Crown Subaru while I was searching for a pre-owned Prius LE AWD and what a gem I found! This car has less than 4700 miles on the odometer and looks and drives like a new one off the showroom floor! Crown Subaru had this car priced about $3000 less than others that I found and I knew this was the right car for me! Called in and spoke with Salesperson Dwayne Pruitt to see if it was still available and thankfully it was. Dwayne and Sales Manager Jim Szlachetka put together the numbers that were better than I had found anyone else and Finance Manager hooked it up with a fast approval with Chase so I rented a car and took a road trip to Chattanooga Tennessee! Besides the price being great, the delivery experience was equally amazing! All the paperwork was ready and waiting and I was in and out in way less than and hour. Not only that, they went the extra mile and arrange for a ride back from the airport where I dropped off my rental car. The great price got my attention and the ease of purchase and friendly delivery made this the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Fantastic job!

Buying a car is not always an easy, pleasant experience. Crown Subaru and thier team made it smooth and easy! My first contact was with Kenny Melton who is a very fine young man. Everyone likes Kenny, he's very patient, honest and kind! The rest of the sales team Jim and Jason were also so easy to deal with. Jennifer in finance made sure I understood everything and was also very patient and kind! I couldn't recommend Crown more, you can almost feel it when you walk in. Go see Kenny Melton and upgrade your ride! I'm so happy with my experience and purchase!
