Crown Subaru is very customer oriented and strives to assure that a customer is comfortable with the buying experience. From the general manager to the sales team to the service team to the parts department, I am always happy doing business with the dealership. Mickey Dorsey kept me informed with the timeframe for ordering my new car and was a pleasure to work with. His product knowledge is excellent. Keith Aviles is a great general manager. I ordered some accessories and James Riley is knowledgeable and helpful in deciding just which parts to buy to personalize the new car. I always have a good experience with the service department. I have purchased many Subarus and Crown Subaru makes it a joy to own the product.

Bill Newberry is very professional and knowledgeable regarding the Subaru products. He took the time to explain features of the car and made sure that all questions were answered. I have previously purchased Subarus from this dealership and have always had good experiences. The staff is superb from management to sales and service personnel.
