There are some great vehicles available in the market place and I am not going to debate brands. Buying a car is not an easy process for me. I am reserved in personality and particularly regarding my choices. Crown Subaru made the process easy and enjoyable. Shana Madsen, Jennifer Morgan, Keith, Coconut, and everyone involved were sincere, open, and accommodating. We had quite a lot going on that day, and everyone there was understanding and ready to make the process easy. I would buy there again and encourage friends and family as well. I like the dealership, but I definitely do miss it being over by the river downtown. This location doesn’t give that same eco-sustainable feeling that was delivered at the riverfront location.

Buying a new car is one of my least favorite things to do. When it came time to trade in my 14 year-old car, I wasn't looking forward to it at all. Jacqueline Griffith changed my mind about the process of buying a new car. She was most knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and made buying a new Subaru . . . a very positive experience. While Crown Subaru is not as convenient as the former location downtown, it's worth the drive for the good service.
