Crown Subarus Lucas and Laura went out of their ways for me to be able to have my car serviced there after the dealership where I purchased the car unbeknownst to me terminated my service plan. I cant say enough about how thankful I am for all their help.

Alyssa Lupo was patient & kind thru 2days of a trying time for me. ( as was Laura Montalvo) . They are a great team. I have been waiting for installation of a failed DCM module since last year, and was getting no where, when Ms Montalvo took charge & reserved a module & set appt. I am rather old & live about 60 mountainous miles away from the dealership, and the day of my appt. , a needed part had not arrived, so had to return again next day! (I was offered a loaner car, tho. ) When I got home, opened an email, asking for my approval for work done , which showed a totally different problem- reason for visit- customer complaining of battery problems. Actual reason was new DCM module, so could once again subscribe to My Subaru/Starlink .I was very upset, wrote a long email to Alyssa, expressing in great detail my frustration with the mis-representation of what I had told her, etc. The next day, I was greeted warmly by both Alyssa & Laura , the work was completed in a timely manner, & Alyssa was very gracious in accepting my apology, she is very kind & good in customer skills & repair knowledge. Please thank her for me.

This dealership has relocated to Lee Highway, I've been twice now. As another reviewer mentioned, Laura Montalvo is abrasive and degrading. She shouldn't work with customers. I had to be firm with her to get the service I came in for. She didn't do a thorough walk around upon check-in either. This was my first impression of the dealership service center. Lucas Weir on the other hand is a godsend in comparison. Luckily, he was assigned to my appointment the second time I came in. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough and efficient. I will be requesting him every time.

I had a badly cracked windshield that needed to be replaced. Matt White and Laura Montalvo assisted me in rapidly getting the claim approved (Laura) and the windshield replaced (Matt). Crown Subaru is fortunate to have such friendly and professional people!

Great customer service and attention to detail. Matthew White and Laura were both so helpful and put us at ease after our car broke down and had to be towed to the Chattanooga Subaru. Provided us with a loaner and got the car fixed the next morning so we could be back on our way home to Florida. Thanks so much!
