I must share my personal experience with everyone at Crown Subaru but mostly it was Matthew White in service that has been absolutely wonderful to me. Matt was in the service department when I first leased my 2016 Forester and he is still going strong providing the most excellent service. He is very honest and straightforward with his explanation of things and helps me make the best decisions for myself. I hope to continue being served by him in the future.

Matt White and the service team are always great at explaining all service related matters. At this visit my 2017 Outback with only 81,000 miles was due for its 6 month service of oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Due to the age and the mileage we discussed splitting some of the service needs recommended. For this visit we did the usual 6 month express and aded taking care of the driveline service normally recommended for between 80-100K miles. In 6 month's I will do the remainder of the 90,000 mile service.
