After deciding it was time to retire a current vehicle, a friend of mine recommended that I stop by Crown Subaru and ask to talk with Jacqueline. Crown is a well run dealership with many options for new and used vehicles and my experience with them was good. But, my experience with Jacqueline was excellent! She listened, showed me vehicles with options I told her I was looking for and didn’t waste time showing me vehicles she “thought” I would like. She was patient, answered questions, tracked down requested information and went above and beyond in an effort to help me make a good selection. I can say that my friend’s recommendation about Jacqueline was spot on… she was as good as advertised.
