This was easily one of the best car-buying experiences Ive ever had. My salesperson, Shana, was absolutely amazing, and the entire staff I worked with was just as great. The process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. We drove three hours to get there, and I would do it again without hesitation. Thank you all for making the experience so professional, efficient, and easy. I truly appreciate it!

I purchased a pre-owned 2008 Mercedes E550 from Crown Subaru out of state, and they failed to inform me of multiple issues with the car before selling to me. I took delivery of the vehicle from the transporter over the weekend, and it had multiple dents on the drivers side that I was not informed about. Granted, they did take care of that for me, but yet failed to inform me. They did inform before I purchased the vehicle that it had a recall through Mercedes and the TPS sensor light was on due to faulty wheel sensors which I was understanding of. I brought the vehicle into the Mercedes dealer today for the recall and state inspection in Pennsylvania. The recall issue was addressed, but they informed they failed the state inspection due to the wiper fluid hose being broken on the drivers side and the air suspension in the rear being broken/tempered with since the lines were cut off. I spoke with the sales manager, Sam, and they said there is nothing they can do about this. Now I’m stuck with paying over a $1-2k repair bill out of pocket when this should’ve been addressed before I purchased the vehicle. Highly disappointed in the management team here and don’t recommend Crown Subaru for any pre-owned vehicles! See attached photos.

I was very pleased to have Sam's help in trialling and purchasing a '26 Impreza - the team at Crown was helpful, attentive, and allowed me the space and time to form my own opinions and decide what option was the best fit for me. Absolutely the only thing I would change about my experience, if I had the option, was to have the car in a different colour. Since I needed it immediately, I had to take what they had on the lot. I can get it repainted later if I really want to! How it drives matters a lot more than the colour. Good work to Sam and the entire Crown team - I'll be happy to come back and have another look next time.

We had a genuinely great experience at Crown Subaru, and I wanted to take a moment to call that out because good car-buying experiences are far rarer than they should be. We worked with Kenny, and from the moment we arrived it was clear he really knows his product line. Our daughter wanted to look at several Subaru models Crosstrek, Ascent, Outback, and Forester all of which Crown had on the lot. Kenny was patient, knowledgeable, and completely comfortable letting us explore, compare, ask questions, and actually think without any pressure. As we narrowed things down, Kenny and Sam worked together seamlessly. What stood out most was how open, direct, and honest they were. No games. No pressure tactics. No let me talk to my manager theatrics. Just straightforward conversation, clear answers, and a genuinely relaxed, even fun, experience which is not something you hear often when people talk about buying a car. Kenny is absolutely a fantastic salesperson, but what really impressed me is that Crown Subaru clearly operates as a team. With teammates like Sam supporting the process, its obvious this dealership values transparency, respect, and customer comfort. Whether or not you walk in knowing exactly what you want, this is the kind of place where you can take your time, ask real questions, and feel good about the process. Crown Subaru and especially Kenny and Sam set the bar for how a dealership experience should feel. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience with Sam!! Set an appointment and he met me outside upon arrival. Quick test drive and he made sure all questions were answered. Paperwork was quick and easy to understand. Cannot recommend Sam enough.
