Shana and Crown Subaru have now reset my expectations as to how a car buying experience should be at a dealership. Shana listened to her potential customer's interests and prepared the cars and the paperwork prior to our visit in order to make the visit as smooth and efficient as possible. Her preparation and service oriented attitude made the decision easy for us and the deal was completed without the usual lengthy wait that occurs typically when a car is purchased...from a dealership.
