Buying a car is not an easy process for me. I am reserved in personality and particularly regarding my choices. Crown Subaru made the process easy and enjoyable. Shana Madsen, Jennifer Morgan, Keith, Coconut, and everyone involved were sincere, open, and accommodating. We had quite a lot going on that day, and everyone there was understanding and ready to make the process easy. I would buy there again and encourage friends and family as well. Now let's see if my driving improves.

Best car buying experience ever! This is my first time buying from a dealership & second subaru. I could not recommend Shana and Cindy enough. They made a nervous first time buyer very comfortable and got me into a car better than what I could have imagined. 10/10
