We own three Subarus including a new Outback we just took delivery of. All three were purchased from Crown Subaru over the past 11 years and exclusively serviced here. This week all of the vehicles needed a scheduled trip to the service department. At every visit our service advisor Matt White took extraordinary care of us. He reviews all of our historical service records and always advises exactly what is needed to keep our cars reliably safe and on the road. He took extra time to blend professionalism with personalized service. This is a top tier dealership and Matt is an important part of my rating.
