David was very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and generous with his time in explaining the differences in the different models. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson.

Purchased a new Volvo XC90 from 'Jake' Boskovic at Crown Volvo. I'd been looking at a couple of specific model options at other dealers, Jake got my business as he was easy to work with on getting what I needed, at a reasonable price. As someone who used to work in Auto Sales, I know many of the tricks that sales staff sometimes try to use in order to close a deal. It turns me cold to a deal and I'll go elsewhere. I didn't get any of this at Crown Volvo. I'd done my homework and was able to negotiate with them remotely so that by the time I got to the dealership, we were already very close to a deal. I had interactions with other staff there, up to and including leadership, and I found it refreshing to deal with them. I felt like my business mattered to them and they wanted to ensure that we also got what we needed from the deal. I'm happy to recommend Jake, Bud and Crown Volvo in general. I left with the car I wanted, and at price I was happy with. Looking forward to seeing if this culture extends to their service department!
