GoogleSpent days researching prices on the used car that I was looking at. Came to what I thought was a reasonable price based upon what KBB, Edumnds, and Car & Driver recommended. Salesman Chris seemed to get offended by the price and seemed to get pissed off by something either I or my wife said. Office manager came down about $900, but still about $2,000 off the price I thought it should be. Don't expect them to negotiate much. I might have worked with them if Chris did not get upset, but once he did, I was put off. Everything was five star up until the negotiation.
