I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Crown Volvo in Tampa, all thanks to Ethan Rogerson! I came in with a flat tire, and Ethan took amazing care of us. He got me the best possible rate, kept me completely informed throughout the process, and was incredibly efficient, fast, and courteous. What really stood out was how comfortable he made both myself and my kids feel while we waited for the fix. His communication was top-notch from start to finish. I will definitely be going back to Crown Volvo for my future car services, and I will absolutely be asking to work with Ethan again. Highly recommend!

Ethan in the service department has helped me a couple of times in emergency situations. He has fit me in as quickly as he could to get my car fixed. Once he managed to get a loaner car because my car had to stay overnight. I appreciate his efforts.

Ethan was very helpful and informative. I'm always happy with this Volvo dealership in regards to my lease. They were able to patch my tire for 40$ vs a new tire for $500. They are trustworthy and will try their best to make your visit a great one.
