Jake at Crown Volvo is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient. It was just a great experience and I feel strongly I purchased the right car for me. Joseph Guerrera did a great job helping get our XC60 repaired on a Saturday. He got the car in on time, had it promptly diagnosed and repaired (bad spark plugs/wires). He kept us informed of the timing and costs. Were very happy with Joseph and Crown.
