My wife and I walked in today to look at a new XC60. We found the staff incredibly professional. They mentioned they were short staffed but we didnt notice any delays in being assisted. We were trading in a vehicle and expected the typical haggling on prices. That wasnt the case, they offered a very competitive price for our trade in and we were more than pleased with the cost of the new car. Undoubtedly the most positive car buying experience weve been involved with, and we go thru vehicles at a staggering pace. We dealt with Bud, Daniel, Jake (Zeljko Boskovic),and financing with Noah. Well done gentlemen, well definitely be return customers.

Car buying is an awful experience. USUALLY. I cannot say enough nice things Crown Volvo. Finance guru Noah was wonderful working around my not stellar credit. And JACOB the star salesperson. I chose to come back and buy from him because it was zero pressure. He even came on his day off to get the paperwork completed. He didnt hand me off to another sales teammate. Thank you so much.

I had an absolutely amazing experience leasing my new Volvo at the St. Pete dealership truly one of the best dealership experiences Ive ever had! Went back for a second car! Had a fun experience car shopping at this location. Jakob was a great salesperson. Jake, Bud, and Noah were helfpul as well. This is a great place to buy a car.
