Hello good afternoon. I had my vehicle for changing lower control arms and back trunk button replaced in long island city of cadillac service Mr Daniel he did really amazing job by applying to claim for warranty i appreciate his job and im really empress from the extend warranty thanks for Mr Daniel again

Took my Caddy for a routine service and have my driver side mirror replaced . Daniel Dumas was excellent . Hem noticed I needed an alignment and also informed me that there was a recall on my Fuel Pump sensor . The galas on my mirror was in back order and Daniel keep me updated on when the glass arrived . Over all Daniel was able to get my alignment done replace my Mirror and fix the recall . One again Empire Cadillac has been nothing but the best and this time I owe it all to Daniel Dumas
