My husband purchased a 2023 Buick Enclave last month. The test drive and offer went well. Then came the purchase. When we showed up to pay we noticed that there were no mats in the car. We showed the salesperson, Erica, the description which clearly stated mats were included. She relayed this info to Paula and we were assured that Paula would order mats and wed get a call when they were in. Well, one week later no call so we call Erica. Were then told that no mats were ordered and, although they acknowledge seeing mats in the original specs, we now have to provide documentation to that effect. Conveniently, the description of the vehicle disappears from cargurus when the dealer marks it sold so were out of luck. We put up with the three hour wait to sign the paperwork but the mat situation is simply dishonest. Im not blaming Erica, she seems nice enough but were still left without mats. We wont come here again. Update: Contacted Bill as advised and mats were sent by overnight mail to our house. Added two stars for the response.
