Wasted my time coming in after Lulu, the BDC manager, told me to. The car was already sold. On top of that, she was rude and passive-aggressive on the phone. When I mentioned I was going to use the car for TLC work, her attitude felt discriminatory. Terrible communication and customer service. Do not come to this dealership!!

If the 2026 was out for the vehicle I want I wouldve already purchased here. This was the best experience I evr had at a dealership b4. I can't say enough good things about Bryan the sales manager, Lulu (the lady I spoke on the phone with) and Jeff the specialist who showed me the 2025 version. The place is beautiful and the view upstairs is beautiful. Bryan was professional and well spoken, def a gentle giant, Lulu said I'd get the VIP treatment and she didn't lie, I know Bryan will give me a deal when the 2026 drops and Jeff will show me how to use it, the technology now is unbelievable. Empire is how all dealer should be.

They have a car advertised on autotrader for $26,604. I put in a full price offer. Then the online rep did not accept the offer and said the price is $1995 more than advertised on autotrader. This dealership falsely advertised prices lower than they will accept.
