Edited to add: Josh has continued to go above and beyond for me with my new car purchase working hard to resolve any concerns. Teaming with Anthony and Nick, they really make a dream team to help you at the sales office and I am really happy with my new car. Anthony was extremely thorough on the financial side of the transaction and I appreciated all the time he spent with me to ensure I understood all options available to me. Nick helped me get my new car set-up properly so that I didn't have to spend time figuring anything out on my own. And Josh was present throughout every step, ready to answer questions, making sure the process kept moving and that all was great. Truly thankful to Josh, Anthony, Nick and Charles. **** I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Empire on Wednesday afternoon - I had last visited in 2013 and had a less than stellar experience at that time so walked in with some trepidation. I was greeted warmly on arrival and nicely asked if I had an appointment (no) and asked to sign in. I was immediately assigned to Josh who then proceeded to provide such a wonderful experience that we left later that evening with a new car - something I didn't expect to do! Josh was never pushy in any way - he listened to what we were looking for and was patient when we were drawn to a completely different make and model. He balanced giving us space to consider the vehicles, talk between ourselves and be available to answer questions. I felt he was very transparent when we spoke about the difference between the two different car types we ended up looking at. The buying process was of course time consuming - especially as we entered at 5pm, but Josh processed and facilitated everything as fast as he could. When I expressed confusion, Josh stepped in to help. Even though the dealership closed at 7pm, Josh stayed until absolutely everything was buttoned up which was past 8pm. This experience changed my view of Empire and I am grateful to Josh for his efforts, patience and dedication to us as a family. I feel I drove out of the dealership with the right car and I am grateful.

I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my brand-new GMC pickupall over the phone! I never even had to step foot in the dealership. From the moment we arrived, Alex greeted us with a smile and made the entire process enjoyable. He was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and even gave us a full tour of the beautiful new dealership! He was being shadowed by Sherpa, who for a new team member was incredibly eager to learn, helpful, and already impressively informed. Once we moved into the finance part of the process, Anthony was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. Its rare to go through car financing without feeling pressured or unsure, but he made everything feel easy and trustworthy. We ended up driving away in a Certified Pre-Owned GMC Terrain Denali, which was a fantastic deal. Nick wrapped up our visit by walking us through every feature in the vehicle. He was even able to figure out how to disable a setting we werent crazy about! Every person we interacted with made us feel comfortable, valued, and confident in our purchase.
