As a retired Corporate Exec, I was truly impressed... 1. GM Bill Ballan is a consummate professional. He should be instructing new hires on how to manage! He was so accommodating & respectful (sans attitude) to our issues that had I been sitting in a chair I surely would have fell out of it! 2. Donna, our Service Customer Care Specialist was outstanding. Not only very nice, but also professional, accommodating & respectful. 3. Sherri, who handled our obtaining a loaner vehicle, also so very nice, professional, accommodating & respectful. THANK YOU & Bless you All
