Well, to begin with, when you go to the dealership, they treat you extremely well. They treat you like you are part of their family. But as soon as you sign the paperwork and purchase the vehicle, they completely forget about you. They never answer, they are never available, and they are always “busy.” When it comes to resolving an issue, they never take care of it in a timely manner. You have to wait and wait and wait until they decide they are ready to address your problem. Even when you provide all the evidence and documentation they need on time, they still do not resolve your concerns in a timely manner. I had problems from the very beginning with the person who sold me the car. Melany sold it to me without keys, and the vehicle already had issues. Once I purchased the car and needed them to resolve those problems, everything took an extremely long time. Now, regarding the finance person, Anthony Hunter this is someone who only responds to you when it is time for you to come in and sign the paperwork. Other than that, they completely forget about you. Even when you send them everything they request, they still do not get back to you or assist you in a timely manner. The managers are always in meetings, always with other people, and they never actually resolve anything for you. Overall, the customer service after the purchase has been extremely disappointing.

We had an amazing experience with our finance manager Anthony Hunter and salesman Ahsan Khan. They were very patient and transparent through the whole process. Best experience we have had at any dealership. 😄

Edited Review — 08/18/2026 After the situation yesterday, I wanted to come back and update my review because the experience took a completely different turn today. Jeff was amazing to deal with throughout the process, and I also want to specifically recognize Mr. Anthony Hunter, the other Finance Manager. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was professional, patient, respectful, and actually took the time to listen to us and make sure everything was explained clearly. His attitude and professionalism made a huge difference in our experience. Yesterday, I was extremely frustrated with the finance manager we initially dealt with. The constant talking over us, passive aggression, and overall attitude made what should have been an exciting purchase incredibly stressful. I felt that behavior needed to be addressed because customers should never feel that way during such an important transaction. However, I truly appreciate that the dealership gave us the opportunity to work with someone else today. Anthony completely changed our experience, and Jeff was wonderful as well. We ended up leaving extremely happy with our new Cadillac XT6, and I’m glad we gave the dealership another chance. Thank you to Anthony and Jeff for turning a very frustrating situation around and making sure we left happy. That is the kind of customer service that makes a difference. ❤️ Now my husband and I get to enjoy our new car with a piece of mind! Jeff and the Manager are amazing to deal with. That finance manger? Absolutely NOT. He has anger issues that need to be addressed because he’s definitely not in the right field of work to deal with people with that disgusting attitude. I know for a fact I’m not the only one with this complaint towards him. It’s such a shame for this dealership since finance managers are such a big part of the car buying process. The talking over, not being able to get a word in, and the passive aggression he has is wild especially when dealing with customers at your establishment.
